Returns - Unwanted Item/s


If you wish to return your item for any reason, we are here to assist you. You may return the unwanted item/s to Pop Figures within 28 days from receipt, with the return shipment cost covered by you.

Upon receipt of the item in our warehouse, it will be inspected by a team member before the refund can be processed. All unwanted items returned must be in their original packaging and condition, with all original tags attached. To qualify for a return, the TAMPER PROOF SEAL MUST REMAIN INTACT.

Exclusions:

  • Outside the returns window (please refer to the Returns policy)
  • Without the original shipping box
  • If the tamper-proof seal is broken, tampered with, or removed, Pop Figures reserve the right to reject the return request (example: Die Cast, Funko Soda Cans & Mystery Boxes)
  • Items purchased in bulk, defined as purchases with 3pcs or more of the same item

If a return is approved by Pop Figures, upon receipt of the item in our warehouse, it will be inspected by a team member before the exchange or refund can be processed to ensure the above conditions are met.
If the item fails to meet the above conditions, Pop Figures will return the item to you.
Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

Returns - Damaged/Faulty


At Pop Figures, we make it our priority to ensure your purchases arrive in the exact condition as described. In the rare event that you receive an item not as described, please contact our customer services team within 14 days of receipt, along with photo documentation and your order number. Refund for Unwanted Item/s

To receive a refund for your unwanted item, you must return it to Pop Figures following our Returns Policy. Upon receipt of the item in our warehouse, it will be inspected by a team member before the refund can be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

Exclusions:

  • If the value of the goods is diminished due to handling
  • Original shipping costs if the return is requested more than 14 days after delivery
  • Surplus costs paid for express delivery
  • Duties and taxes paid for international shipments

 

Replacement Policy

 

Any replacements are subject to Pop Figures' approval and inventory availability.

You may be requested to return the item/s to us for replacement or refund. If a return is required, upon receipt of the item in our warehouse, it will be inspected by a team member before the exchange or refund can be processed.

 

Are returns free of charge ?

Only for items which have been damaged in transit or incorrectly sent (UK ONLY).

If you refuse delivery of an item, or if an incorrect address has been provided on your account, a charge of £3.99 may be applied to cover the cost of the item's return to us, where applicable.
