How can I make a payment?

We offer various payments options, they are as follows;

We apologise we do not currently accept American Express.

How do I redeem a discount code?

Discount codes can be redeemed during the checkout phase. 

By using discount codes provided by Pop figures Ltd, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Fair Usage Policy
   Discount codes are issued to provide value to our customers and are intended for single use by an individual or as otherwise specified in the terms of the specific discount promotion. Misuse of these codes undermines their purpose and impacts the benefits for all customers.

2. Prohibited Activities
   Abuse of discount codes includes, but is not limited to:

   • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of reusing a discount code intended for single-use or one-time redemption.
   • Sharing or publishing codes that are explicitly marked for personal use or targeted at specific customers.
   • Attempting to combine discount codes in ways that exceed the allowed usage, unless explicitly permitted.
     
     

3. Monitoring and Enforcement
   Pop Figures Ltd reserves the right to monitor the use of discount codes and take action if misuse is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

   • Investigating orders placed using multiple accounts linked to the same individual or household.
   • Canceling any orders where misuse of a discount code is reasonably suspected.
   • Suspending or terminating accounts involved in prohibited activities.
     
     

4. Accountability
   Customers found engaging in the abuse of discount codes may lose access to promotional offers, discounts, or their account privileges. We reserve the right to recover any benefits obtained through the misuse of discount codes.

5. Reservation of Rights
   We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the use of any discount code at our discretion. Orders placed using codes that violate these terms may be canceled without prior notice.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We currently do not offer the option to place an order over the phone. If you are experiencing issues placing your order online, please contact us and we’ll will try to assist you through the process.

There seems to be problem with my payment?

If you encounter a problem whilst trying to confirm your order we suggest that you try the following; double check you have entered the correct card details, check your card is valid and check that you have sufficient funds available. If after, you still encounter a problem then please contact us directly and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Pre Order Deposit Payment Scheme

When you place an order through our £1 deposit scheme, you'll be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £1. This deposit secures your order and ensures that you'll be among the first to receive the item once it becomes available.

It's important to note that the £1 deposit is non-refundable under two circumstances:

1. Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order, the £1 deposit is non-refundable. Once you've placed your order, please be certain of your purchase as the deposit cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.

2. Failure to Pay Invoice: If you fail to pay the remaining balance of your invoice within two weeks of the items arriving in stock with us, the £1 deposit is non-refundable. We kindly ask that you complete your payment promptly to ensure the timely processing and shipment of your order.
