How much is delivery?
- FREE UK DELIVERY OVER £30 - *Subject to fair usage
- UNDER £30 Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked) £3.99, please allow 2-3 days.
- INTERNATIONAL shipping calculated at checkout Pop Figures will not be responsible for any customs charges outside of the UK.
- NEXT WORKING DAY delivery (excluding bank holidays and weekends) £5.99 - 2PM cut off.
- Additional postage costs may apply for the £1 pre-order scheme.
Pre Orders

Pre-Order Shipping Policy
Unless explicitly agreed upon under the manager's discretion, all pre-orders will be shipped together once all items have arrived. We do not offer part-delivery for pre-orders unless specifically authorised. This ensures a smooth and efficient shipping process for all customers. -
Part-Delivery Option
If part-delivery is authorised under the manager's discretion, an additional delivery charge of £3.99 will apply for the separate shipment. This fee covers the extra handling and shipping costs for multiple deliveries. -
Cancellation of Pre-Order Items
If you choose to cancel one or more items from your pre-order, and the remaining order no longer qualifies for free delivery, the standard delivery fee of £3.99 will be applied. Please note that any previously waived or refunded postage charges will not be reimbursed in such cases. -
Delivery Timeline
Orders will only be dispatched once all items in your pre-order have been received in our warehouse, unless otherwise agreed with the management.

I have inputted the incorrect delivery address, what do i do now?
Unfortunately all our orders are processed immediately, Amendments to delivery options are not available in after the point of order confirmation. Please contact us immediately and a member of our team will try to help.
Loungefly Products
We currently do not deliver Loungefly products to the USA and Canada. Any orders placed in these countries will be cancelled and refunded.
Missing Parcels Information
Royal Mail Delivery Policy
At Pop Figures, we understand the anticipation of receiving your package. While we strive for prompt delivery, sometimes parcels may go astray in transit. Here's what you need to know about missing parcels and our procedures:
Redelivery Timeframe:
- Royal Mail stipulates they will automatically reattempt delivery the next working day. Redelivery can be arranged by yourself via The Royal Mail website or App.
Claim Procedure for Missing Parcels:
- Royal Mail have 10 working days to deliver your parcel from the date of dispatch. If you have not received your parcel after 10 working days please contact us and we will then raise a claim with Royal Mail. Please be aware that Royal Mail can take up to 30 working days to respond whilst they lead their investigation regarding any Lost/ Stolen parcels.
Our Commitment:
- We are dedicated to ensuring your orders reach you safely and on time. If your parcel doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us after the stipulated waiting period (10 working days)
Steps to Take:
- Track Your Parcel: Use the provided tracking number to monitor your parcel's status online.
- Wait for the Redelivery Attempt: If you've missed a delivery, Royal Mail will attempt redelivery the next working day.
- Wait for 10 Working Days: If your parcel remains missing after the redelivery attempts, kindly wait for the 10 working day period before reaching out to us for assistance.
Making a Claim:
- If your parcel has not arrived after the specified waiting periods, please contact our customer service team. We'll initiate the claims process with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the assistance you need.
